1. ALL SALES FINAL. Because our drops are limited and made with intention, all sales are deemed final. There shall not be any refunds to the
original payment method; no exchanges for differents sizes, colors, or styles. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you've reviewed
the product details and consent to the charge for that specific item(s).
2. STORE CREDIT (CASE-BY-CASE). In certain situations, and at our sole discretion, we may issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit
equals the item's purchase price (excluding shipping/taxes unless required by law). Store credit is not convertible to cash and can only be used
on our website (www.krewlworld.com). Store credit is non-transferable and includes a 7-day expiration date from the time it is issued.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS. If your order arrives: damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item, size, or color from what
you ordered), you must contact us within the first 24 hours of delivery via our Contact page. Please include order number, short description of
the issue, clear photos of the item and the damage/defect. If we confirm the issue, we may send a replacement of the same item if available, or
issue store credit if the item is sold out.
4. WHEN WE REQUEST A RETURN. In some cases, we may ask you to send the item(s) back for an inspection before we issue store credit or a
replacement. If a return is approved, we'll send return instructions and, if applicable, a label to return the item(s). Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and
include all original tags/packaging. Items that don't meet these conditions may be denied for store credit or replacement.
5. SIZING, FIT & BUYER'S REMORSE. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for ordering the wrong size, changing your mind about
color/design, buyer's remorse, or forgetting to apply a discount code. Please check our size charts, photos, and product details before checking
out.
6. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS. Due to the pace of our drops, orders cannot be canceled, edited, or modified once submitted and
payment is processed. This includes changes to items, sizes, colors, shipping info, or payment method. Double-check your order before confirming.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not responsible for packages
marked "delivered" that are lost or stolen. If this happens, check with the neighbors, household members, or building staff. Contact the shipping carrier
to start a claim or investigation. In rare cases, and at our discretion, we may offer partial store credit, but we are not obligated to replace or credit
lost/stolen orders.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE). For orders outside our home country, customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs or returned from customs issues are not eligible for refunds.
9. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES. If there's an issue with your order, reach out to us first. We reserve the right to, dispute any chargeback we believe is
improper or fraudulent, and restrict future orders from accounts that file bad-faith disputes.
10. POLICY UPDATES. KWRLD APPAREL may update this policy at any time. The version posted at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
